hCG Diet Meal Plan and Food List.

Eating the proper foods can be a downfall for anyone on a diet. This is particluarly true in Phase 2 of the hCG Diet Plan (the main portion of the diet which is 21 or 30 days). During this phase of the hCG weight loss program you will be taking the hCG hormone (hCG pellets) every day. During this phase, your menu plan will be to severely reduce your calories intake and to restrict yourself to specific foods that are from particular groups of food.

Fortunately, the Phase 2 of the hCG Diet comes with a meal plan and the food list including the portion size and calorie amount (e.g. meat and vegetables are 3.5 ounces (100 grams) per serving) so there is no guess work. 

Although the 500 calorie Phase 2 meal plan has many restrictions, you'll be able to get over this obstacle and reach your desired weight if you have the right attitude and keep your eye on the goal... that is losing the weight you want.

A overview of the foods allowed during the diet is listed below:

hCG Diet Food List:

Beef and Poultry
Chicken breast, lean ground beef, cube steak, sirloin top steak , top round steak, veal.

Cod, crab meat, flounder, haddock, halibut, lobster, red snapper, shrimp, tilapia, lemon sole, monk fish, whiting.

Asparagus, onions, broccoli, celery, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, lettuce, radishes, spinach, tomatoes.

Apples, oranges, strawberries, grapefruit.

It is important to note that the various foods on the food list will have different calorie amounts. Therefore, you will need to learn how many calories a serving of each food will give you so you do not go over.
